Jake's Grill & Oyster House is a Burlington seafood-and-wood-grill fixture built around fresh-shucked oysters, PEI lobster, polished fish entrees, steakhouse comfort and weekend brunch. Jamie Myers opened the restaurant in 1985, and the nautical room still feels designed for both regulars and occasions.
