The menu is built for the trip home: sets, bento boxes, and party trays designed to travel as well as they plate.

The Salmon Delight Set is the restaurant in a single box — salmon sashimi, Salmon Roses, and a Golden Dragon Roll, enough raw-fish clarity and roll texture to stand in for the whole menu. Past it, the kitchen ranges wide. Sushi pizza arrives as crisped rice shaped like a pie under salmon, white tuna, crab, or BBQ eel, finished with eel sauce and spicy mayo.
