Elixir Bistro is a Belmont Village French bistro led by chef-owner Pirooz Jafari, whose path runs from Toronto to Galt/Cambridge and now Kitchener. The current menu leans on Confit de Canard, Souris d'Agneau, Escargot, Coquilles St Jacques, a vintage wine list, and a reservation-led room for date nights and special dinners.

PUBLIC Kitchen & Bar is a Kitchener tapas room from Ryan Murphy and Carly Blasutti, built around shared small plates, cocktails, wine, and recurring weekly reasons to time the visit well.
