That breadth is the part worth reading. A sports lounge built around screens could get away with wings and little else; this kitchen instead runs a menu that serves a weeknight dinner as readily as a Saturday crowd, which is what keeps BrownStones from being a single-occasion stop. The clearest expression of that thinking is the after-eight appetizer deal: select shareables at twelve dollars every night after eight, with a beverage, the Nacho Platter aside. It rewards the later table and the grazing order the place is already built for, turning the back half of the evening into its value window.
