DaiLo is a College Street New Asian restaurant from Chef Nick Liu, built around Chinese-Canadian and Hakka memory filtered through French technique. The clearest order starts with Hakka Brown Wontons, Truffle Hainanese Chicken, Whole Fried Giggie Trout, and a later Yum Cha Bar round.
