Claim Your Restaurant

If you own or manage a restaurant featured on Restaurantica, claiming your listing is the best way to make sure diners see accurate, up-to-date information about your place — and to get recognition for the dishes you're genuinely known for.

Claim Your Restaurant

Start below: you'll sign in, choose your restaurant, and tell us your role and a business contact. If your restaurant isn't listed yet, just enter its name and city and we'll help get it added. We verify that you're authorized to manage the listing before any changes go live — which protects your restaurant from unauthorized edits.

Restaurantica exists to surface what restaurants actually do best — to point diners toward the dishes and strengths you're genuinely known for, and to give you the recognition for them. When more people order the thing your kitchen knocks out of the park, everyone wins: a happier guest for you, and a better meal for them. Claiming your listing helps us get the details right so that story lands. (For the thinking behind this, see Why Restaurantica.)

What Claiming Does

When you claim your listing, you can keep the practical details current and make sure your restaurant is represented the way you'd want a prospective diner to see it. Claiming lets you:

  • Keep your information accurate — confirm and update your address, hours, phone number, website, cuisine, and price range
  • Manage your menu and details — submit menu information and other updates as things change (see Submit Menu or Update Info)
  • Highlight what you're known for — feature your specials and signature dishes (see Add Your Specials or Signature Dishes)
  • Stay current with diners — reduce the chance that someone arrives to find your hours or menu out of date

What Claiming Does Not Do

We want to be completely clear, because trust is the foundation of what we do:

  • Claiming does not buy editorial coverage. Whether and how Restaurantica writes about your restaurant is an independent editorial decision. Claiming your listing helps keep its information accurate — it does not purchase a write-up or a more favourable one.
  • Claiming does not influence editorial. Our editorial coverage is independent of any commercial relationship. See our Editorial Standards.

Separately from editorial, we may offer optional paid features — such as advertising, enhanced listings, or priority placement in the directory. Anything paid is clearly labelled, kept distinct from editorial, and never changes how we cover your restaurant. If you're interested in promotional opportunities, see Advertising Opportunities.

Who Can Claim a Listing

A listing should be claimed by the restaurant's owner, manager, or an authorized representative. Because a claim gives you control over how your restaurant's information appears, we verify that the person claiming a listing is authorized to manage it.

Keeping Your Listing Current

Restaurants change constantly, and accurate information is good for everyone — it helps diners find you and helps you avoid disappointed guests. After you've claimed your listing, you can submit updates anytime:

How We Handle the Information You Submit

Information you provide when claiming or managing a listing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use it to verify your authority to manage the listing, keep your listing accurate, and communicate with you about it.

By submitting information about your restaurant, you confirm that you're authorized to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. See our Terms of Service for the full terms that apply to submissions.
